I want to thank you for making my first SUPERVACUUM experience a positive one. In March, I purchased two Riccar Vacuum cleaners for my house. You were wonderful helping me to find the right vacuums that met my needs. Prior to coming to SUPERVACUUM I had used several different Eureka models. It seemed like each Eureka only would last for about a year and then would fizzle out. The dirt was just being pushed around. It was very frustrating to purchase these high price vacuums that became practically disposable items.
When I came into the SUPERVACUUM store, I stated my needs: a good vacuum for my carpet, hardwood and tile floors. I wanted a vacuum that needed very little maintenance that would actually suck up the dirt and not blow it around. Since giving birth to twins in January, I wanted to make sure that the floors would be clean since they play on the floors daily. Living with a husband with asthma, I also wanted to make sure that dust would be properly removed.
I was extremely impressed with the way that you answered my questions, modeled and demonstrated your products. You were extremely knowledgeable about all your store products and helped me to find vacuums that were perfect and in my price range! I loved adding the HEPA bags as well.
My Riccar’s (upright and canister) are the best. I actually do not mind cleaning now at all. I have found so many uses for my Riccar’s as well. Vacuuming is no longer exists in my home it is now called “Ricarring.” When I need to clean, I say I need to "Riccar." I have even "Ricarred" my computer. I love it some much and I am so excited to look at my clean house when I am finished "Ricarring."

Greetings Friends!
At first blush this letter may seem much overdue, given our level of satisfaction. Then again, we wanted to make certain that the central vacuum system we purchased, and (SUPERVACUUM) installed, was going to truly meet our needs and expectations before offering to send in a Testimonial Letter. In short, we are extremely pleased with the central vacuum system we selected, and in having chosen your store to purchase our system from.
We had our central vacuum system installed in late 2007. I had central vacuum systems installed in two of my previous homes, but Lynda was not certain she really wanted such a unit in our Pittsford home (she never had one before). Her concern involved where we would place the hose, and needing to drag the hose out each time we wanted to use the vacuum system. Well, it was our good fortune to have waited, so when we did go out to see what was available the Hide-a-Hose solution was available. This is one slick system!
When we came in I figured we needed to buy the largest unit you offered. Wrong! The central vacuum system was "right sized" for our needs by your personnel. Thank you for helping us make a better investement decision than I would have on my own. We can't begin to express how wonderful the Hide-a-Hose has been to use. The central vacuum system is awesome, but the Hide-a-Hose raises the use value of the entire solution many notches.
(SUPERVACUUM'S) installation team did a great job. They were courteous, quick, effective, and professional. They also did a great job cleaning up after the installation, using the new central vacuum system of course. Before leaving (they) went over the proper use and care of the system. This system has proven to be simple to use and maintain. We are very impressed.
