Store Policy


For all Returns & Order Cancellations call SUPERVACUUM at 585-482-6111 M-F 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., SAT 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. EST
(with the exception of holidays) Please see details below.

Shipping Fees
All order totals of $75 or more ship free!!! Orders of less than $75 are charged standard UPS shipping/handing rates as determined by product weight and delivery method selected.

Payments
SUPERVACUUM accepts all major credit card purchases including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as PayPal. No credit card surcharge is applied. Personal Checks are accepted if pre-payment is made. Personal checks must clear the bank (usually a 7-10 day period) before merchandise will we shipped. We also accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. Those interested in paying by personal check, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders check must contact us to arrange.

Sales Tax
No sales tax is applied to items purchased outside of the State of New York. New York residents will be charged State and Local Sales Tax.

Warranties
All of our vacuums carry standard factory guarantees and warranties. The customer is responsible for filing warranties as required by the manufacturer. If you are unable to locate a local authorized repair dealer for your particular vacuum that is under warranty, you may send your machine back to SuperVacuum and we will repair it for you. Shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. Note: User damage does not qualify for warranty coverage.

General Service and Repair
SUPERVACUUM Technicians are available to service and repair vacuum cleaners. Any products sent to SuperVacuum for repair or service must be shipped at customer's expense.

Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is the customer's responsibility to immediately contact SUPERVACUUM by phone (585-482-6111) to cancel (please do not e-mail cancellations, as this may slow the processing). We attempt to process and ship orders as quickly as possible during regular business hours. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or rerouted. There is a $20 restocking fee for any items refused at delivery.

Returns
SUPERVACUUM offers a 30 day money-back guarantee on all products purchased from us. At SUPEVACUUM our motto is Super Vacuums, Super Prices, Super Service. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and the service you receive. If for any reason your purchase does not fulfill your needs you can return it for exchange or refund within 30 days from receipt of the product (According to UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS Delivery records). In order to return a product, you will need a Return Authorization Number. Please see below for specific return policy rules.

Shipping Damage or Missing Parts
If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping you must notify SUPERVACUUM by phone (585-482-6111) within 5 days of receipt of the item for replacement and/or return instructions. In such cases, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping or restocking fees.

Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise must reported to SUPERVACUUM by phone (585-482-6111) within 5 days of receipt of item for customer to avoid return shipping and restocking fees. Upon receipt of all returned items, SUPERVACUUM technicians will evaluate every item within a 5 business-day period to determine if item is defective. If item is found to be defective, you will immediately be sent a new item or be issued a refund.

Return Policy Rules

  • All items returned to SUPERVACUUM without a RA will be refused.
  • Customer must properly follow all return instructions for refunds to be applied.
  • A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.
  • If merchandise qualified for free shipping to customer, initial shipping fees will be deducted from refund credits on any and all returned items.
  • All items must be returned in like-new condition in original packing with all parts, accessories and documentation included. Only after returned merchandise is inspected by SUPERVACUUM technicians will a customer's account be credited, minus restocking and initial shipping fees.
  • Used items are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20% provided they are in re-sellable condition with all parts, materials and manuals included, as determined by SUPERVACUUM technicians.
  • Merchandise which included any bonus items, free items, etc. which are not included in the return shipment will be charged to customer for the full retail value of missing items and will be deducted from credit issued.
  • If customer has returned merchandise to SUPERVACUUM which is deemed by SUPERVACUUM technicians to not qualify for refund, customer may opt to have that merchandise returned, provided that customer pays return shipping fees.
  • No returns will be issued after 30 days of shipment.
  • Shipping, processing and insurance charges are not refundable.
  • Customer must insure all returns and send with a signature confirmation receipt of delivery.
